If some reason you are not
satisfied with the product, you may return the it within 10 days of the
shipment date.. All items returned are subject to a restocking fee of 15% or
$25.00, whichever is greater.
T-shirt and Hat merchandises must be in original re-sellable condition and has not been
used or washed. There are no exceptions. Customer is responsible for
shipment charges on returning product.

reference.
Our Return policy applies to undecorated merchandise only. No returns
accepted on screen printed or embroidered merchandise. Altered garments
may not be returned. Garments should be inspected prior to decorating.
Freight, Handling, and incidental expenses are non-refundable. No refunds on
items returned after 10 days of shipment date. Discontinued items may not be
returned at any given time.
You must call Screen Printing West at 623-451-2699 or email
sales@screenprintingwest.com for a Return Authorization Form. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from us. Any
unauthorized return charges will be the customer's responsibility. A copy of
the invoice must accompany all returns.
Undergarments may not be returned.
